Budapest Parliament is a notable landmark of Hungary and a popular tourist destination of Budapest. Meanwhile it is also one of Europe’s oldest legislative buildings. The Parliament Building is in the Gothic Revival style and it has a symmetrical façade and a central dome. The dome is Renaissance Revival architecture. In addition, from inside the parliament is symmetrical and thus has two absolutely identical parliament halls out of which one is used for the politics, the other one is used for guided tours. The main façade overlooks the River Danube and it displays statues of Hungarian rulers, Transylvanian leaders and famous military figures. When I was studying in Budapest, I was deeply impressed by its features. In my eyes, its architecture style as well as environment design can not only represent the beauty of Hungary but also the beauty of Europe.
